“ It was a hot and sunny Saturday afternoon. We were hoping for a healthy lunch and came across Fresko. They are in a great shopping center near other restaurants and a coffee shop. Plenty of parking. Upon entry we were amazed at how nice and modern this place was. Feels like a cross between Happy and Hale and Cava. They had all build your own items, no selection premade. Food itself was very good. The protein is great quality and they had a lot of topping selections to choose from. Great spot, highly recommend. ”
